My Services

All Ages Welcome
I have worked with children for almost 15 years. I have helped children in my offices and in their school/home settings.
Perinatal
Difficulty coping after giving birth (up to 2 years)? Reach out. There are many benefits of talking about things. You can even bring your baby with you.
Borderline/EUPD
For people experiencing these symptoms, life can be quite distressing at times. If you suspect, or have been told by a professional, that you have this, please reach out for help. People can and do recover from Borderline.
Mood Challenges
Feeling anxious, worried, down? Whether it is a recent or long term problem, I have experience supporting people with these issues.
OCD/Hoarding
For people who are finding that find that rituals and rumination are taking over their mind, time, space and energy, you could consider coming for a chat with me. I have experience in these areas.
Relationships
What if relationships - past or present - left a nasty mark on us? Whether you're trying to navigate a difficult relationship with a parent, spouse or child, I am likely to be able to help.
Trauma/PTSD
My area of special interest is helping people recover from symptoms that come up after something very upsetting happens. This might be a car accident or even childhood abuse/neglect. Trauma can come in many forms. I am here and trained to help (for adults and children).
Behaviour Challenges
Your child won't sleep in their own bed or are you always late to drop them off at school because they refuse to get dressed? Some children demonstrate some difficult behaviours that can disrupt family, school and social life. I have experience working out why the behaviours are happening, and helping parents/guardians to work towards better outcomes.
